The tasting includes 6 wines that represent the Specialities of Enrico Serafino. In particular: Poggio di Caro Arneis, San Defendente Barbera d’Alba Superiore, Picotener Langhe Nebbiolo, Oesio Roero, Barolo Serralunga with a surprising end with Alta Langa.
