BUBBLES is our “fizzy” tasting dedicated to the Alta Langa Metodo Classico within the original 19th-century underground cellars where you can experience the history of the winery founded in 1878 by Enrico Serafino. During the tasting, words such as Pas Dosé, Brut, Late Disgorgement and parcels wine-making will no longer have secrets for you.

The tasting will be an overview of 5 wines including 4 Alta Langa Docg and 1 Barolo.
