La Soprana is spread on the villages of Cerretto Langhe and Roddino. The average altitude is 500 m a.s.l. and is very suitable for the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. The soil is made of typical marls of the Langhe region and it is very poor in organic elements. This is why, La Soprana yield per hectare, usually, is quite low. The wines produced in this vineyard are very complex and with an austere character suitable for the production of metodo classico Alta Langa.
