Vineyards

Our job is principally to walk through our vineyards throughout the various seasons in order to understand the hidden wine, the true treasure of terroir.

Enrico Serafino sources its grapes from about 60 hectares spread in the UNESCO Area of Langhe, Roero, Monferrato.

The winery owns 25 hectares of single vineyards in Serralunga d’Alba, Canale and Alta Langa. An additional 35 hectares are farmed under Serafino agronomists’ strict control based on long-term supply agreements.

Our own vineyards are spread in the regions of

Langhe

  • Barolo
Serralunga d’Alba : Briccolina, Meriame, Carpegna
  • Alta Langa
Cerretto Langhe : La Soprana, Pineta, Benso

Roero
Canale : San defendente, Oesio, Valpone
