Born in Emilia, Piemontese by choice, she loves the little joys of life and great wines.
Fluent in five languages, she has been part of the team since 2025, but has been travelling the world for a lifetime.

Born in Piemonte he is a winemaker graduated in Alba School and Piacenza University.
Paolo likes clean and straight wines that is why he can perfectly be the interpreter of Enrico Serafino philosophy.
